Coog’s Kitchen – Pumpkin Spice Muffins

Yo yo! How’s it going everyone! Nothing says fall than some nice chocolate chip pumpkin spice muffins! There’s a lot of ingredients but it’s still a very easy dish to make!

Ingredients:
3 cups of Flour
One 15oz Can of Pumpkin Puree
Salt
3 cups of Sugar
Chocolate Chips (your choice of what kind)
½ cup of Vegetable Oil
4 Eggs
Pumpkin Spice
2 teaspoons of Baking Soda

Directions:
Gather all of your ingredients. Preheat your oven to 350°. Mix all of the ingredients, EXCEPT the chocolate chips, together in a glass bowl. Once mixed, fold in the chocolate chips (optional: coat the chocolate chips in a little bit of flour before adding them). Once all in mixed, set the batter aside. Grab any muffin pan you got on hand and spray it down with cooking spray. Then, take your batter and fill each muffin tin to about ¾ of the way to the top. Once all the tins are full, place the pan into the oven for about 25-30min, or until the muffins are completely baked. A good way to see if they are ready is to take any knife or toothpick and stick it into the center of one of the muffins. If the knife or toothpick comes out clean, that means they are ready to go. And when they are ready to go, enjoy!
