Coogs Kitchen: Cheesecake

Hey guys, how’s it going!? Today’s episode is all about making some cheesecake. The recipe calls for very few ingredients and is super simple to make. However, I’m not one to keeps things plain so I added a little “twist” to the dish.

Ingredients:
1 Pre-made Graham Cracker Crust
2 Eggs
Vanilla Extract
2 Packages of Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup of Granulated Sugar
(optional twist) A Jar of your Favorite Chocolate Hazel Nut Spread

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 325°F. In a large bowl, mix together the eggs, cream cheese, and a splash of the vanilla extract. It’s gonna take a little power and stamina. When it’s all completely mixed with few lumps, pour the delicious concoction into the prepare crust and smooth/even it out. Then, if you’re feeling a little adventurous, add about 3 to 4 dollops of your favorite chocolate hazel nut spread on top, and, with a toothpick or small knife, evenly swirl the spread around the filling. The bake the cheesecake for 40 minutes or until the cake is set. When It’s ready pull it out and refrigerate it for about 3 hours if you can resist eating it for that long haha. And, after it cools, time to eat!
